Lost or found something on a tram? It is
helpful if you know the tram
number and time you lost
or found the item. Alternatively you will need to provide us with
the tram route, direction, time and location. Lost property is held
at our tram depots for three months.
We appreciate our passengers reporting damage or vandalism to a
stop, shelter or any other network infrastructure to us.
Visit a PTV Hub for timetables, brochures, tickets,
maps and travel merchandise. PTV Hubs are located at Southern Cross
Station on Spencer Street and at 750 Collins Street, Docklands.

Melbourne's only tram museum is located at the former Hawthorn Tram Depot on
the corner of Power and Wallan Street in Hawthorn. It is open on
